Daniel O’Connell Div. 2 is a local chapter of the Hibernians, and is the only one that represents Union County, New Jersey. This division originally operated out of Elizabeth, beginning in 1868. As this second iteration gains momentum, it does so with a sense of pride in its history and in its location, so near to the church and city in which this great organization was founded.
