The Commodore Barry Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians was founded on St. Patrick’s Day 1990 in National Park, New Jersey. During our short existence we have become well known in the Irish-American community in the Tri-State area as being very active in Irish causes. We have been regularly recognized at the National and State levels for our charitable contributions. Recipients of our donations include, but are not limited to, Project Children, the IPPCH, the Antietam Battlefield Irish Brigade Monument, the Philadelphia Famine Memorial and many local charities. As we continue to grow it is our goal to further Irish and Irish-American causes.
