June 2026 New Jersey AOH State Board Meeting

Attendance is important!  We will be reviewing updates on National and State initiatives, and discussing details for the upcoming National Convention in Omaha, NE this July.

A Zoom teleconference link will be made available for those unable to attend in person.

ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

Participating in State and National meetings is a requirement of every elected and appointed leader in the Order.

All NJAOH Officers and Committee Chairs are expected to attend this meeting.  Each Division must similarly be represented by its President or his designee.

MEETING PREP/MATERIALS

Each Officer and Chairman is expected to present a report.  Chairmen will use the simple slide format developed by President Green.  Timeline for these materials will be as follows:

6/6/26, no later than 6PM: draft slide and any written report/materials for distribution with minutes should be submitted to me at secretary@NJAOH.com

6/12/26, noon:  FINAL slides and any printed material submitted to me at secretary@NJAOH.com.  This includes FINAL AGENDA from President Green!

6/20/26, 10AM:  meeting location open for breakfast

6/20/26, 11AM: Meeting called to Order.
