20252025 NJAOH/LAOH Biennial Convention
President Rich O’Brien announced the New Jersey Ancient Order of Hibernians, along with the New Jersey Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, will present the 2025 Biennial State Convention on May 16-17 in Mercer County. The Convention will be hosted by Mercer County AOH Msgr Crean Division 1 and Joe Cahill Division 10 along with LAOH Divisions 6 and Mathair Gael Division 10.
Division 1 Hibernian Hall at 2419 Kuser Rd Hamilton, NJ 08690 will serve as the Convention site. Friday May 16 the Convention will convene at 6pm. The Agenda will be (6pm) Opening of the Convention, Nomination of Officers, (6:30pm) LAOH Opening Mass and the (7:30pm) Ice Breaker. Saturday May 17 the Convention re-convenes with (8am) Continental Breakfast and Registration, Roll Call, President’s Report, National Officer’s Remarks, Vice President’s Report, Secretary and Treasurer’s Reports, Resolutions and Grievances and Guest Speaker. (12pm) Lunch Buffet. (1pm) Re-convening with 2027 Biennial Convention Proposals, Chairpersons Reports and State Officers Closing Remarks with Adjournment. (6pm) Closing Mass. (7pm) Cocktail Hour. (8pm) Convention Installation of Officers and Awards Dinner
- Travel cards are required by all for credentialing. All delegates must show their 2025 Travel card.
- All Convention packages must be paid in advance.
- Dress code for Friday Convention is “come as you are” since many delegates are attending after work. Saturday Convention during the day is business casual or your Division uniform, where as Saturday evening is suit/button down shirt and dress pants with/without tie.
