2013NJ Governor Sends Greeting For Convention
The NJ AOH received a letter from NJ Governor Chris Christie to extend the state’s greetings and recognition to the AOH for the work that the organization does
Dear Friends:
On behalf of the State 0f New Jersey, I am pleased to extend greetings to all those attending The New Jersey Ancient Order of Hibernians’ (AOH) bi—annual convention.
As the oldest and largest Irish Catholic organization in the United States, the AOH continues to bring like-minded Irish Americans together who share a long, rich history and a deep commitment tocommon causes. These shared values and beliefs have helped strengthen the bonds of Irish Americans and fostered a community that takes great pride in its faith and cultural history. The AOH motto of “Friendship, Unity and Christian Charity” has had a positive impact on many lives and I commend all those associated with the organization for their contributions throughout the years.
Best wishes.
Sincerely,
Chris Christie
Governor
