NJ Congressman Donald Payne

The people of the North of Ireland lost a great friend when NJ Congressman Donald Payne passed away this week.  A true champion for human and civil rights throughout the world Payne’s support for the cause of peace, justice and the truth in the North was second to none.  The AOH in NJ sends our condolences to the family of a great man who left us all too soon.
