LAOH Memorial Mass

Members from the NJ State Board came out to support the NJ State LAOH at their annual Memorial Mass.  The LAOH Annual Memorial Mass was held on November 19th.  The mass remembers those who died during the Great Hunger and also those lost on 9/11.  The Mass was celebrated in Gaelic by the LAOH State Chaplain and Monmouth 2 Chaplain, Fr Dan Cahill.  The mass was combined with a food drive that collected a pickup truck full of food that was donated to Project Paul a local community support program.  Following the Mass there was a march the short distance to the Great Hunger Memorial erected by Monmouth 2.
