2012Hurricane Relief Checks Presented To AOH Brothers
The New Jersey AOH has raised more than $7,000 for four brothers who were severely impacted by Hurricane Irene. Numerous divisions from around the state contributed along with divisions and state boards from around the country came to New Jersey’s call for help.
“Clearly, this was a tragic event by Mother Nature and I am proud to say AOH brothers from New Jersey and beyond showed what Friendship, Unity and Christian Charity truly means in a time of need” said Sean Pender, New Jersey AOH President.
All of the brothers were presented checks right before Christmas at their division meetings by New Jersey AOH President Sean Pender and New Jersey Treasurer Sean Hughes.
