2014AOH Sponsors Catholic Men For Jesus Christ Conference
The AOH is one of the sponsors for the Catholic Men For Jesus Christ (CMJC) conference. This is an annual conference that strives to bring men together to build each other up, support one another, and challenge one another on our spiritual journeys to become the men that we are created and called to be.
The conference is a one day event featuring a number of speakers and exhibits.
Speakers
Bishop David M. O’Connell (Diocese of Trenton)
We are pleased to again have our Bishop, the Most Reverend David M. O’Connell,
as the presider and homilist for celebration of the Holy Mass.
Jack McKeon (Former Major League Baseball Manager)
Jack McKeon, a two-time National League Manager of the Year, came out of retirement
during the 2003 season and led the Florida Marlins to a dramatic David vs. Goliath World Series
victory over the New York Yankees a few months later. McKeon is a devout Catholic and daily
communicant who has a special devotion to St. Therese of Lisieux and the Blessed Mother.
Deacon Harold Burke Sivers (Catholic Evangelist and Speaker)
As one of the top Catholic Speakers and Evangelists in the nation, Deacon Harold has
provided life transforming presentations that not only lift the spirit of participants, but also
educates them on the Church’s teachings on tough issues. In addition to being an author,
he frequently appears on EWTN and hosts his own weekly radio program.
Mark Houck (Co-Founder & President of The King’s Men)
Mark Houck is an author, lecturer, radio host, activist and passionate Catholic. Since 2006
he has been speaking to thousands of men about a variety of topics related to the
development of authentic masculinity.
